Excelym’s NetSuite Support/ Managed Services Review from an ex-CFO

Having the right support for a NetSuite investment is critical to any business’ success, and Excelym provides just that. As a former CFO of a growing company, I know first-hand the importance of leveraging resources efficiently. My name is Josh Abel, I’m a fellow NetSuite end-user and former Excelym customer. Getting the most out of our NetSuite investment was key to my success as CFO of a small but growing company.

In the early days, I wore many hats in support of our NetSuite efforts. I was the help desk, admin, project manager, business analyst, architect, you name it. Finding and keeping talented and dependable resources was always a challenge (and expensive). I had a team on payroll and leveraged several third-party providers but struggled to find the right balance between in-house vs. third-party support. Then we found Excelym.

I first met the Excelym team when we launched a large integration project. Their integration platform was a perfect fit and Excelym took on other projects over the years. Excelym delivered the biggest impact when they developed a custom Managed Services program to support all of our NetSuite needs, and at a fraction of the cost of one full-time in-house resource. 

Excelym supported our essential NetSuite help desk needs and recurring administrative tasks. They also handled more advanced tasks like building saved searches and dashboards, customized reports, workflows, native scripting, etc. 

I had a dedicated, onshore account manager that knew our business and processes. I partnered with my account manager, via pre-scheduled recurring meetings, who worked to prioritize, then create and deliver solutions that allowed us to maximize our NetSuite utilization and performance, adhere to best practices, and keep up with the latest and most relevant additions / enhancements to the NetSuite ecosystem. 

By working with Excelym I was able to realize significant cost savings, improved efficiency and performance, and peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable NetSuite partner. ​​​
